Teflon Hose

Teflon hose is a very versatile and durable alternative to rubber hose. Teflon is used as a lining for stainless steel braided hoses or rubber hoses to increase temperature range compatibility, chemical resistance, ductility, and shock resistance. Teflon is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene. Being hydrophobic, non-wetting, high density and resistant to high temperatures, Teflon is an incredibly versatile material with a wide variety of applications, although it is perhaps best known for its non-stick properties.
